April news- The new Sound Space is now open! Client feedback back is how tranquil, calm and bright it is. Set amongst trees, shrubs with beautiful views over the garden and local countryside. This space is for 1-1 client sessions or small groups of friends, family, company’s to book and/or small group Sound baths.
Coming soon - Sound relaxation sessions specifically designed for pregnant women.

30 June (Sunday) 10.30am-1.30pm £50 Sound, Slow Flow Yoga and elements of Shinrin Yoku, Forest Bathing- So excited to be collaborating with my good friend and Sound colleague, Caroline who is coming from Brighton to offer these beautiful experiences with me. 3 hours of layering Sounds together, Slow Flow yoga with sound played on and off the body, guided meditation, full sound bath and more plus snack and hot drink. 7 places left - DM to book tickets directly.
6 July (Saturday) - 10 - 5pm £85 Paper cutting workshop for mindfulness and Sound Journey with myself and the lovely local graphic designer and artist Stacey (instagram @meetthemoondesigns). Both of us have wellbeing, relaxation, nature and mindfulness at the heart of our practices so it made sense to bring them together in this collaboration! The day includes making your own papercutting to take home, lunch and drinks, laughter and smiles followed by an extended Sound bath in the Sound Tent. Maximum 9 places per session. Sound Space, new for April 2024
The Sound Space accommodates 4 clients (5 max) and has been created for 1-1 client Sound energy balancing sessions, bespoke small groups of friends as a time to connect, for a special event, family or partners, company event and/or small group Sound and gong baths.
The new setting is in a beautiful serene, private garden area overlooking the Aylesbury Vale countryside. It has been designed intentionally to predominantly support clients with relaxation, de-stress and immerse themselves fully into this non-invasive holistic practice.
All sessions are confidential and clients feedback to me is that they feel ‘listened to, understood, very well supported, a very positive connection, safe, respected and are able to relax and unwind….’

My practice is set in the beautiful rolling landscape of north Buckinghamshire. The Sound tent and Sound Space overlook the countryside and are suitable for small groups and will be available again from May 2024.
Individual 1:2:1 sessions with clients take place in the new Sound Space, at a client’s house or can be conducted outdoors in nature.
