Currently, all Autumn public group Soundbaths will take place in the studio rather than a Hall to offer more flexibility on evenings for clients to choose from. Each Soundbath will be a maximum of 4 people. Soundbaths can be received sitting on a comfortable chair/sofa (provided) or lying down.

Friday 18 September - Autumn themed papercutting workshop & Soundbath - Half day retreat - 10am - 2pm £60. Price includes all equipment for papercutting and no prior experience is necessary. This will be followed by a beautiful relaxing Soundbath surrounded by nature and birdsong. Please note that this a small group event - (SOLD OUT). Light refreshments and drinks will be provided. Tuesday 22 September - Autumnal Equinox Drumming Open circle (outdoors session)- Join Jacqui, an experienced archaeologist and drummer, and myself to celebrate the Autumn Equinox 7.30-9.30pm to mark the end of the Harvest season and the start of Winter. There will be stories, group drumming, cacaoa, music and sound plus a bonfire, releasing into the bonfore flames and more! All activities are optional. £25 If the event gets cancelled by the organisers due to adverse weather then a full refund will be given.

Tuesday 3 November 7-9pm TBC - Come and join me for a deeply relaxing Drumming Soundbath in Padbury, at the fabulous studio and setting of my friend and regular work colleague, Rae. Escape from your busy minds and daily life with the soothing and lulling rhythmic beats of the drum. Clients say that experiencing a Drumming Soundbath was Even More relaxing than the ones with many more instruments! £25 (limited places available)
Saturday 21 November 9.30-1pm - New workshop! Self-help Sound techniques £50 - this is a new workshop that I have created due to demand from clients and a growing interest in how you can use tecniques on yourself to help lower cortisol levels, lessen stress, alleviate brain fog aand sharpen focus. Come and learn the basic techniques to help yourself at home. This will be a small group, practical and informal session. There will be some background information about Soundbaths and how vibrations benefit the body and some of its positive outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work with at least two different instruments, Tibetan bowl and a pair of tuning forks, and be taught the basic techniques to use them on yourself and a partner. You will be guided and supported throughout the processes at all times. Please note that this is not an accredited Soundbath training and is for personal use only or on family members/close friends. (4 spaces available). The workshop includes the use of all equipment, cake and hot drink.
Tuesday 8 December 7.30-9pm TBC - Rae and I are returning again this Winter to Oving Hall to offer a seasonal led gentle movement session complemented by a relaxtion and restorative Soundbath. More details to follow soon.

Pamper and Soothe half day AromaReiki guided massage and Soundbath retreat. When I experienced this sublime and beautiful aromatherapy oils chakra massage for myself, I knew it would be the perfect marriage with my instruments and Soundscapes. So I am very excited to be collaborating with the fabulous Tracey to offer this half day retreat to you. We will offer more dates soon OR you can book a bespoke group session for 4 people. The session would include - breathwork, meditation, Guided AromaReiki massage with beautiful oils and an uplifting and restorative Soundbath Journey. All oils included, plus light snack and hot drinks. 1.30-4.30pm, £45
Drumming soundbath and Qigong - I already offer guided meditation and shammanic drumming journeys plus interactive, uplifting group drumming sessions. Reiki drumming follows the same rapid drum beat pattern to help go into a deeply relaxed altered state of consciousness. It allows the mind and body to go on often deep and fascinating journeys but follows a more precise pattern of set intermittent drum beats so you know when you are beginning your journey and when you need to start preparing to return. There is no guided meditation at the start, the experiences, colours and potential images are completely led by your gentle thoughts and mind. It is a beautiful Sound practice which I was keen to bring into my repertoire and widen the types of drumming experiences. Please note, that there is no interactive group drumming in this session. This will follow on from a Qigong slow, flowing movement seasonal based session. These are both beautiful practices which help to release unstuck energy, soothe the central nervous system and bring peace and tranquility back into the body. If you’ve never tried either of these before, I cannot recommend them enough!! No previous experience necessary and available for all levels of fitness.
Soundbath Journeys- Join Michele during the Spring and Summer for very gentle, soothing soundbaths I will be creating a special soundscape of beautiful sounds and frequencies to enable you to drop into a deep relaxation. Soundbaths are excellent and well documented to help alleviate stress, anxiety and tension but there are multiple other benefits too connected with inflammation, sleep, pain, menopause and much more.

Sound sessions in the studio are popular with friends, family, partners, pregnant women, pregnant women and partners, wellbeing company event, Hen Do’s, celebrations or your own personal time, pamper.
For larger groups of 8+ bespoke sound sessions in the outdoors covered tent, Whitchurch, are available during the late Spring and Summer months from £200.

The Sound Space accommodates up to 4 clients and has been created for 1-1 client Sound energy balancing sound sessions and small groups.
The setting is in a beautiful serene, private garden area overlooking the Aylesbury Vale countryside. It has been designed intentionally to predominantly support clients with relaxation, de-stress and immerse themselves fully into this non-invasive holistic practice. More specific sound therapy available dependent on the clients needs.
All sessions are confidential and clients feedback to me is that they feel ‘listened to, understood, very well supported, a very positive connection, safe, respected and are able to relax and unwind….’
