November gongbath treatment is a gentle, deeply nurturing treatment designed to take you through the cooler, darker winter months. There are multiple techniques that can be used when working with the Gongs to lessen and alleviate symptoms such as hormone imbalance, pain, inflammation, poor sleep, stress, anxiety, grief, depression to name just a few. Less is More is so often true with the gong, the gentlest of notes can be much more effective and beneficial to you than loud noises. Though there is a place for this for some people too.

Recent trials took place, where 8 clients came and sat upright snuggled on my sofas and wrapped in their own blankets and cushions. Rested, we are ready for the world but not held hostage by it, rested we care again for the right things and the right people in the right way. ( David Whyte) Are you ready for some deep rest? On this evening we will blend the Rest and Sound together While you experience the blissful feeling from practicing restorative yoga, your body held and supported by blankets and cushions allowing you to relax completely without effort. Michele will bathe you in gentle sounds, which will enable to physically and mentally release deeper. In Restorative Yoga the practice is slow paced where you hold poses for several minutes allowing your body and mind to sink into a deeper mode of relaxation which helps to release deep seated tension. Restorative Yoga is the perfect practice for calm and connection, a dedication to your wellbeing and to slowing down. Sound sessions in the studio are popular with friends, family, partners, pregnant women, pregnant women and partners, wellbeing company event, Hen Do’s, celebrations or your own personal time, pamper.
For larger groups of 8+ bespoke sound sessions in the outdoors covered tent, Whitchurch, are available during the late Spring and Summer months from £200.

Regular treatments, like any regular forms of exercise, have so many more long lasting benefits than a one-off. So with that in mind I have also introduced this Mix & Match package!
Book any 4 of the treatments below as a package and save £40. Offer to be used within 4 months. Each 1-1 session is approximately 1 1/2 hours long. 4 for £180, normal price £220.

The Sound Space accommodates up to 4 clients and has been created for 1-1 client Sound energy balancing sound sessions and small groups.
The setting is in a beautiful serene, private garden area overlooking the Aylesbury Vale countryside. It has been designed intentionally to predominantly support clients with relaxation, de-stress and immerse themselves fully into this non-invasive holistic practice. More specific sound therapy available dependent on the clients needs.
All sessions are confidential and clients feedback to me is that they feel ‘listened to, understood, very well supported, a very positive connection, safe, respected and are able to relax and unwind….’
