SOLD OUT Sound Therapy can be known by many different names. I like to call my sessions Sound Journeys as everyone will have a different experience when they receive the sound and no two experiences, even for the same person, will be identical.

The sessions take place lying down, if appropriate, and I will start with relaxation exercises before moving into playing the different instruments and sounds to enable deeper relaxation. No other participation is expected.
